Costa Rica 200

A nonstop 200-mile (320 km) ultramarathon across Costa Rica, from the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean. It starts near Tortuguero, on a coast reachable only by boat, and finishes in Quepos near Manuel Antonio. The course climbs from sea level to over 8,000 ft (2,424 m) and crosses 10 microclimates: plantations, cloud forest, jungle, wetlands, volcanic terrain and river crossings. More than a race, it’s a journey across an entire country that supports the rural and indigenous communities along the route.

Nicoya Ultra Bike

A nonstop, fully self-supported bikepacking race around Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula: 450+ km and over 10,000 m of climbing. Riders cross mountains, jungle, rivers, mud, gravel, singletrack, beaches and hike-a-bike sections, with nights under the full moon. There are no mandatory stops and no support, so you decide when to eat, sleep, resupply and repair. You carry what you need, you make the calls, and you find out how far you can go.
